Project: Dip Coating Machine Material: Mild Steel & Stainless Steel Volume: 15 off

Notes: This special purpose machine was designed and manufactured by MT Perry to dip printed circuit boards into a resin for damp proofing at timed cycles. A critical design feature of this machine is the all pneumatic design, including timing in order to eliminated flash points. All components were sourced by MT Perry including buttons, dials, gauges, pumps and glass valves. The main body is mild steel finished with a polyester coating and the main tank unit is stainless steel. We have manufactured approximately 15 of these units over the years.
